The strategic frame

Hard roads.
Harder buyers.
Honest communication.

The brief

Commercial-vehicle buyers judge communication against real operating pressure: routes, loads, safety, service and return. Eicher needed a system capable of carrying detailed product proof without becoming cold or unreadable.

The idea

Organize every message around a working advantage. The creative changes by product and market, but the discipline remains consistent: one useful promise, one clear hierarchy and a visual built for fast comprehension.

Chapter 01

Performance for Working Roads

A broad product series that translates capability into real operating contexts, giving each vehicle a specific job and reason to choose it.

Performance for Working Roads · Print 01

The anchor execution. Product, terrain and headline lock into a hierarchy built for fast comprehension by fleet buyers scanning trade press.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 02

A different vehicle class, a different payload promise. The layout template adapts to a heavier model without losing its structure.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 03

The light commercial variant. Smaller truck, tighter margins, but the same brand confidence in how the product story is told.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 04

A mining or construction context. The setting changes to match a specific application, making the performance claim tangible.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 05

Long-haul emphasis. Distance and reliability become the headline story for a buyer whose revenue depends on uptime.

Performance for Working Roads · Print 06

Fuel economy enters the conversation. A product benefit that speaks directly to operating cost, addressed without disrupting the visual system.

Performance for Working Roads · Print 07

A bus variant joins the series. Passenger transport brings a different set of expectations, reflected in the headline and imagery.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 08

The tipper segment. Heavy-duty capability demonstrated through terrain and load, making the promise of strength visually concrete.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 09

Another model, another route. The series accumulates evidence that the entire Eicher range delivers against real operating conditions.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 10

Urban distribution. The vehicle shifts from highway to city, and the messaging adjusts to manoeuvrability and last-mile efficiency.

Print

Performance for Working Roads · Print 11

Service network emphasis. Uptime depends on proximity to parts and care — this execution makes the after-sales promise visible.

The closing execution of the core series. A final model completes the portfolio sweep and seals the breadth of the Eicher range.

Chapter 02

Genuine Parts, Genuine Confidence

After-sales communication that reframes genuine parts as protection for uptime, safety and the long-term value of the vehicle.

Print

Genuine Parts, Genuine Confidence · Print 01

The lead after-sales creative. A part in close-up, framed with the same confidence given to the vehicles themselves.

Print

Genuine Parts, Genuine Confidence · Print 02

A different component, the same reassurance. The series builds trust by treating every part as essential to the whole vehicle.

Print

Genuine Parts, Genuine Confidence · Print 03

The campaign extends to a wear-and-tear component, making the case that even routine replacements deserve genuine sourcing.

Genuine Parts, Genuine Confidence · Print 04

The fourth parts execution. The series proves the idea holds across components — from filters to brake pads — without repetition.

Built for International Routes

Market-specific material designed for African operations, balancing local relevance with a consistent product and brand presentation.

Chapter 04

School Bus Safety

An integrated safety story that turns a long feature list into reassurance for schools, operators and parents across mailers, print and display.

Chapter 05

Feature by Feature

A modular email system where each execution gives one product advantage the room to be understood instead of compressing every claim into one layout.

Engine advantage leads. The first emailer isolates one performance claim and gives it room to be understood on its own terms.

Chapter 07

Speed with Control

A launch and teaser system that communicates pace as productive performance, carrying one visual idea across outdoor, print and pre-launch intrigue.

Print
